We train people for the roles you are trying to fill, in education, early years, care and support work, and we get them the certificates you ask candidates for before they turn up.
Accredited training
Safeguarding, first aid, food safety and the rest of the compliance list, with a certificate at the end that we can reissue on request.
Training your team
If you need a group put through the same courses, get in touch and we will sort the arrangement rather than making you buy them one at a time.
Candidates who are ready
People come to us to get hired, so they arrive having done the training the adverts keep asking for.
What we do not do yet
There is no employer account to sign up for: no seat management, no team dashboard, no self-serve bulk licences. If you need any of that, tell us what it would need to do. We would rather hear it from you than guess, and we will say plainly whether we can help now or not at all.
We also do not advertise vacancies. The jobs in the app come from existing UK job boards, and applying sends the candidate to whoever posted the advert.
