About QuickerSkills
Most people who want to work in a school or a care home are not short of willingness. They are short of the paperwork.
The adverts ask for safeguarding training, a first aid certificate, a CV that uses the same words the advert does. None of that is hard, and all of it sits between someone who would be good at the job and the job. So they apply anyway, hear nothing back, and have no idea which of those things was the reason.
QuickerSkills exists to close that gap. Find the vacancy, see honestly how your CV measures up against it, fix the CV, write the letter, practise the interview, and get the certificates the advert asked for by name. One place, in the order you actually need them.
What we will not do
We will not write experience onto your CV that you do not have. When a job asks for something you have never done, we say it is missing rather than quietly inventing it, because the interview is where that unravels and it is you sitting in it.
We will not tell you a score is a promise. The match percentage on a job, and the score on your CV, are worked out by comparing your CV with the advert. They are a guide to what to change. No number here can promise you an interview, and anyone selling you one is selling you something else.
We are not the employer and we do not post the vacancies. The jobs are real, live adverts from UK job boards, and applying takes you to whoever advertised it.
Who it is for
Education, early years, health and social care, and support work. People starting out, people coming back after time away, and people moving across from another sector who have most of what the job needs and none of the certificates.
